What's Included:
1 Over Night Stay in Lapland
Meals included breakfast & dinner, Our day begins with an early morning flight from Dublin, Cork, Knock, Kerry or Shannon Airport to Lapland. Subject to crew permission the festive fun will begin. There will be Christmas singing, colouring, drawing and lots of very excited children.
On arrival at Rovaniemi airport - the official airport of Santa Claus you will be met by our elves who will guide you throughout your stay and help you search for Santa.
Once you've collected your special thermal clothing we will set off & enjoy wintery Lappish activities in the middle of nature. Candles and fires, together with snow covered trees and the magical lights of the arctic, will give the spirit of Christmas. During the day we will take a break from the activities and recharge our batteries by enjoying a nice hot lunch in a cosy restaurant. After a long day we will return to our hotel where we can relax and unwind and enjoy a three course buffet dinner. Don't forget the snow covered town of Rovaniemi is on your doorstep for those still eager to explore.

After breakfast, we will check out of our hotel and visit Santa Claus village located on the Arctic Circle. You and your family will enjoy a private meeting with Santa in his official office and Santa will have a small token gift for each child. Make friends with the cheerful postal elves in Santa’s Post Office where you will see a colourful world of beautiful cards, stamps and gifts. You will have time to write and send your letters from Santa’s official Post Office. Upon leaving the village we will return our thermal clothing.
Finally, it's time to take a short coach transfer back to Rovaniemi airport for our flight home and bid a happy farewell to the land of Santa Claus.
A light lunch will be served on board the flight.
Lapland 2 Night Stay Option 1
Upon arrival in Rovaniemi, let us transport you to the resort of Pyha. A small ski resort set on the edge of the National Park, this truly is a beautiful setting for your holiday. A brief stop will be made in Luosto, where you will receive your warm over garments and boots before resuming the journey to Pyha.
What’s Included:
After checking in to your cabin, hotel room or contemporary apartment, this evening enjoy a welcome dinner in the restaurant. Evening meals here are buffet style and usually include children’s favourites such as chicken or fish goujons. Watch out for the elves as you meander in resort. Will mischievous Tricky Dicky try to play a trick on you this evening? Don’t forget there will be sledges available too should you wish to play in the snow.
Your ultimate Lapland experience begins…as our expedition commences in search of Santa. Following a warm and filling breakfast, we head to various locations where snowmobiles, the noble reindeer & the brave husky teams will lead the way in our quest to find the great man.

Following a fun-filled day it’s time to return to the resort of Pyha, there may still be time to play in the snow before enjoying the farewell Gala dinner which will be available in the restaurant. Don’t forget to set your alarm clock tonight for tomorrow we have an early start.
After a hearty breakfast, our search for Santa will resume. It’s imperative that each of you who failed to find Santa yesterday is finally able to meet him today.
Once again, we will enjoy sleigh rides in the Lappish wilderness, drawn by either the faithful reindeer, valiant huskies or a motorised skidoo. Santa is always thrilled to meet & to speak with every child who visits him, for he knows that they have travelled a long way to meet him and he has a little present for each & everyone of them (as per brochure).
Lunch once again will be provided at an outdoor location. Finally, it’s time to depart for your return flight home and during the journey to the airport you will receive commemorative licences of your stay in Lapland. Farewell Santa, Noisy Nod, Tricky Dicky, Snowy Bowy and Speedy Sam!
2 Night Stay in Lapland Option 2
Meals included breakfast & dinner, Our day begins with an early morning flight from Dublin airport to Kittila airport in Lapland. During the flight you will be served a light breakfast and with the permission of our friendly airline crew there will be plenty of fun and games on board.
What’s Included:
Kittila airport is located north of the Arctic Circle and the flying time is just over 3hours. On arrival at Kittila airport you will be met by Santa’s helpful guides who will help you get fitted out in your special thermal clothing that is essential for your holiday in Lapland. You will receive complimentary thermal suits, boots, socks, gloves and a warm hat to keep you nice and toasty at all times. Once you are all fitted out in your clothing, you will continue on your way by coach to your chosen hotel or apartment. Make sure you keep a watchful lookout for Santa’s reindeers along the way and Santa’s secret hideaway. The transfer time is short, in approximately 45 minutes you will arrive at your chosen hotel or apartment.
Why not explore your snowy surroundings, build a snowman, find a toboggan or simply play in the snow or enjoy the indoor pool at your hotel as tomorrow you will have a busy day. Tonight you can relax and enjoy a nice buffet dinner at your hotel.
Meals included breakfast, lunch & dinner, After breakfast you will be met by Santa’s helpers. Today will be the highlight of your trip, you will search for Santa and begin your wintry adventure where you will get to enjoy the following activities during this magical day.
You will head out deep into the arctic wilderness where you will get to enjoy a short Reindeer ride, an exciting Husky ride, a snowmobile safari and have fun tobogganing. During the day you will get to visit one of Santa’s enchanting workshops hidden deep in the forest. Here you will learn the importance of being an elf at Elf School, you will take part in decorating some gingerbread in the Elf bakery, take a guided tour of an elf’s house and maybe even catch a glimpse of the elves in their bedrooms and listen to their funny stories. You will get to help in the toy factory as there is a lot of toys to prepare. You will see the elves working busily in the Post Office sorting out all the letters from all the boys and girls and you will have the opportunity to have a private family meeting with Santa Claus himself.
Outdoors you might be really lucky and see some of Santa’s reindeers taking a well-earned rest, could it be Dancer, Dasher, Prancer, Vixen, Blixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner or Rudolf.
During the day we will take a break from the activities and recharge our batteries by enjoying a much needed simple but nice lunch.
Late in the afternoon we will return back to our hotels where you can enjoy the facilities of your hotel or explore the surrounding areas. This evening, you will enjoy a festive dinner.

Day 3: Departure
Meals included breakfast & lunch, Alas, the day of departure is upon us. We will check out of our hotels and take a short transfer back to Kittila airport for our return flight to Dublin.
A light lunch will be served on board the flight home.
Lapland 2 Night Stay Option 3
Meals included breakfast & dinner, Our day begins with an early morning flight from Dublin airport to Lapland. During the flight a light breakfast will be served and subject to crew permission the festive fun will begin. There will be Christmas singing, colouring, drawing and lots of very excited children.
What’s Included
On arrival at Rovaniemi airport - the official airport of Santa Claus you will be met by our elves who will guide you throughout your stay and help you search for Santa.
Once you have checked into your chosen accommodation and collected your special thermal clothing we will begin our wintry adventure. Please note some groups will go directly to the snowmobile safari, so we would advise you to pack some snacks in a rucksack and to be prepared for the cold.
We will set off for a short 30 minute snowmobile safari through the snow covered forests. Adults will drive 2 persons per snowmobile and the children will travel in the sledges pulled by one of our guides.
After a long day we will head back to our hotels where you can enjoy a relaxing sauna and buffet dinner.
Meals included Breakfast, Lunch, Festive dinner and Show, After breakfast, you will be met by our guides at your hotel. We will take a coach to the surrounding wilderness and begin our wintry adventure, where you will get to enjoy the following activities on the day.
Husky ride - We will visit a husky farm, where you will learn about the life of the husky dog. We will get to enjoy a short (800m) but speedy ride in sledges pulled by these arctic huskies. In the warmth of the chamber you can enjoy a hot drink and biscuits.
Reindeer ride - You will visit a reindeer farm, where you will experience the magical ceremony of crossing the Arctic Circle in a kota-tepee. You will also get to enjoy the fun of a short (400m) reindeer ride. Upon completion of your reindeer driving, your guide will issue you with a special reindeer licence.
Lunch - During the day we will take a break from the activities and 'recharge our batteries' by enjoying a nice hot lunch in a cosy restaurant.
Joulukka - "Listen carefully as you may hear some footsteps, could it be an Elf?" Later in the day we will make our way to Joulukka, a unique place in the middle of the deep forest, where the magic of Christmas comes alive. Here we will visit the Elf school & Santa's Command Centre.
Tobogganing - We will enjoy the thrills of speedy tobogganing at Joulukka.
Elf school - Here you will discover how Elves spend their days busily getting ready for Christmas. You will have a chance to decorate your own tasty gingerbread with the help of an Elf.
Santa's 'Christmas Command Centre' - If you're on your best behaviour, you might even have the chance to visit 'Santa's secret Command Centre' in Joulukka. Here you can see the Elves movements around the world and see how Santa's letters arrive. If you have been really good, you will have the chance to meet Santa Claus himself. During your private family meeting with Santa, each child will have the chance to talk with Santa and tell him all their wishes. All children will receive a small token gift from Santa.
Festive Dinner and Show - This evening, you will enjoy a festive dinner with limited drinks included. You will be met by your guides at your hotel and from there we will head out of town to enjoy our farewell dinner in Santa Park. Later in the evening we will also receive a surprise visit from a very special person with his cheery elves. After this wonderful evening we will return to our hotels by private coach. Please note the order of activities will vary for each group.
Meals included breakfast and lunch, Alas, the day of departure is upon us. After breakfast, we will check out of our hotels and we will make a visit to Santa Claus Village at the Arctic Circle. There we will have time for some shopping in the souvenir and handicraft shops, for those who wish to take a 'Taste of Lapland' home with them. You will also have time to write and send your letters and postcards from Santa's Official Post Office.
Finally, it's time to take a short coach transfer back to Rovaniemi airport for our flight home to Dublin and bid a happy farewell to the land of Santa Claus. A light meal will be served on board the aircraft.
Lapland 3 Night Stay Option 1 - Pyha
Leaving Ireland far behind, we arrive in Lapland, where our guides will be waiting to transport you to Pyha. Don’t worry, you may be staying in a wilderness location but fear not as our excellent accommodations will still provide you with all your regular creature comforts. After you have checked into your accommodation in Pyha, see if you can find Tricky Dicky. He’s such a naughty elf, always playing funny tricks on people.

Day 1: LEAVING IRELAND FAR BEHIND, WE ARRIVE IN LAPLAND
Tonight we hope the spirit of Christmas begins here as you relax & enjoy the welcome dinner.
Enjoy a Finnish buffet breakfast in resort. Then it’s time for us to begin our adventures with the help of snowmobiles, husky dogs & reindeer. Will some of Santa’s Special Elves be there too? Why yes, Snowy Bowy & Speedy Sam will be there to join in the fun & games and we may even see toys being prepared in the workshop today.
We’ll have a simple, yet warming lunch before our activities continue. If we don’t find Father Christmas at home today, then we are certain to do so tomorrow.
Back in Pyha you may wish to relax with a sauna or enjoy some tobogganing. Once again, this evening there will be a buffet style dinner.
Following a hearty breakfast, we’ll resume our search for Santa. Our new friends the huskies & reindeer will help us with our endeavours once again. Perhaps Prancer, Donner & Blitzen will advise our guides of the best routes to take.
This morning we will be transported through prepared tracks in an area known for its outstanding natural beauty. Only the sound of the ever powerful snowmobiles will briefly break the sense of peace & tranquillity. If you didn’t find Santa yesterday, then today will be the day, be prepared to be mesmerised by this jolly man. Father Christmas knows that you have made every effort to find his home and he will be so pleased to see you all.
Tonight we will enjoy our farewell dinner in Pyha.
This morning after breakfast, relax with a sauna or enjoy some tobogganing in resort. Lunch will be taken in Pyha before it’s time to say goodbye to our new friends.
As we leave Pyha, let’s sing the Elf Song one more time. Your personal tour guide will be providing you with certificates & licences to commemorate crossing the Arctic Circle en-route to the airport, plus we’ll make a quick stop to enable you to purchase some Lapland souvenirs, before it’s time to board our flight to the Ireland.
Lapland 3 Night Stay Option 2 - Luosto
After a warm and filling breakfast, we depart from Luosto and head to a variety of locations where snowmobiles, reindeer and the fabulous husky dogs will be waiting to help us search for Santa. Perhaps the elves at the Magical Post Office will know where Santa is likely to be today? Will you find any bows left by Snowy Bowy on the trail to find Santa?

Day 1: IT’S TIME TO TRAVEL TO LAPLAND
After arriving in Lapland your personal tour guide will be waiting to meet you at Rovaniemi Airport. It’s then a 90-minute coach transfer to the beautiful resort of Luosto. Just prior to arrival in resort, a brief stop will be made to collect your snow suits and boots. Then it’s time to check into your accommodation before enjoying dinner in your allocated restaurant.
After an action-packed morning, you may like to relax by an open fire. Following lunch our search for Father Christmas will continue. Let’s find out if Santa is having a meeting with the Elves at home. After a fun-filled day we return to Luosto. Relax and enjoy the children’s entertainment at the Merry Elf.
Let’s hope the Special Elves will be on hand to help us this morning. There are sure to be lots of snow games but don’t forget to listen for clues as to where Santa may be. Will Tricky Dicky send us in the wrong direction? As the final clue unfolds, we will discover Santa’s home, Mrs Claus will be there to welcome you before you finally meet the great man. Back in resort enjoy a festive dinner this evening.
After breakfast, enjoy some tobogganing on your last morning in Lapland or you may of course prefer to use the resort facilities. Lunch will be taken in Luosto. On the return journey to Rovaniemi your tour guide will provide you with souvenir licences to commemorate crossing the Arctic Circle.

The morning is free for you to relax in your hotel, explore your surrounding area, simply play in the snow or why not pre book an optional excursion for your family.
After lunch we will visit the Snow Village, a magical world of ice and snow. Each year, around 20 million kilos of snow and 350,000 kilos of crystal clear natural ice are used to build the spectacular Snow Village which changes in shape, size and design to amaze visitors year after year. The Snow Village consists of a Snow Hotel with snow rooms and suites, Ice Restaurant, Ice Bar, Ice Chapel, a slide and a vast network of striking corridors full of spectacular ice artwork to explore. After our visit to the snow village you will return to your hotel for a buffet lunch.
This evening, you will enjoy a festive dinner and you never know Santa might make a special appearance tonight.
